This program will calculate the bitrate to
use when encoding a video.
BBC should be able to calculate the bitrate to use when
encoding to VCD, SVCD, DivX, XviD, DVD and lots of other
formats.
Basically BBC wants you to input a video length and how
large you wish the encoded file should be. BBC will then
calculate the bitrate to use so the encoded file will be
as large as you specify.
The bitrate has nothing to do with the format you wish to
use, nor does it matter what frame size you use. This also
applies to the sound. It doesn't matter what format you
use, just make sure you use the same quality as specified
in BBC.
This program should run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000 and XP.
If it doesn't, please make sure you have installed the
latest MFC drivers available from www.microsoft.com.
